John Smedley introduces the second drop of our best selling unisex knitwear line, Singular.

Featuring two new honeycomb texture garments : 3Singular, a V-neck pullover and 4Singular, a hooded sweater. In addition to this John Smedley has composed four completely new designs for the Singular collection – Scarpa, Anselm, Hadid and Asplund.

All four of the garments feature flashes of Neon, a first for John Smedley. The use of Neon provides a more contemporary silhouette to John Smedley’s unisex range. The use of vibrant shades, inspired by British Brutalist architecture, provide a subtle hint as to what can be expected from John Smedley’s SS17 collection. The use of vibrant shades mirrors traits from Brutalist interiors whereas cooler shades represent the harsher concrete exteriors of architecture.

The singular garments have an exclusive body shape; providing a looser fit for women whilst remaining current, achieving a brilliantly contemporary borrowed-from-the-boys look. For men Singular establishes the timelessly classic John Smedley slim fit.

The Singular collection caught the attention of a new, younger audience. So in celebration of this we presented the collection on 6 new faces that represent our younger audience.

You’re sure to find a shade that suits you as all four of the Neon Singular garments are available in five vibrant colourways: Bardot Grey/Zaha Green, Indigo/Gehry Orange, Midnight/Electric Purple, Hepburn Smoke/Gaudi Blue and Charcoal/Renzo Pink. The honeycomb texture Singular garments are now available in Black, Midnight, Silver and Bardot Grey.

Singular’s contemporary designs partnered with John Smedley’s quality materials make for a perfect match, establishing a finish that is as easy on the skin as it is on the eye.
