Caring for your John Smedley Extra Fine Merino Wool:
Wash at 30°C using non biological, bleach free detergent
Turn the garment inside out to protect the outer surface
Dry away from heat
Re-shape and iron slightly damp, using a hot iron
Use the steam or low setting warm iron
For dry ironing use a damp cloth to avoid glazing

Sustainable Design
As the Creative Design team have control over the product specification, they can incorporate sustainability criteria in concept development and design stages. The team are already working on best practice derived from London College of Fashion and Kering knowledge.
Recommendations that we are working on:
Reducing the volume of paper and plastic packaging.
Reducing waste yarn in the knitting process.
Assessing sustainability of alternative packaging materials to plastic.
Using tissue paper tickets and cardboard made from only FSC certified forests.
Considering the incorporating paper or cardboard recyclate in packaging.

How to take body measurements
1. Shoulder Width
Measured from the seam where the sleeves join the body part of the garment.
2. Chest Circumference
Measure across the fullest part of the chest, from one side to the other, then double for circumference.
3. Waist
For Trousers - Measure around your natural waistline at the belly button.
4. Body Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of body.
5. Sleeve length
Measured from under the armpit to the cuff, on the inside of the arm.
6. Inside Leg
For Trousers - Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the ground without shoes.
