We can deliver your goods to any address, whether your home, place of work or a friend's address. Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address during the checkout process.
Please note that for security reasons, all our deliveries are tracked and require a signature at point of delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you will be left instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. Please be aware that if a shipment is either rerouted or subject to a delay due to the coronavirus outbreak, DHL will work with both ourselves and our customers to determine the best course of action for any affected shipment.

All our European deliveries are shipped via DHL using their Express Worldwide service. For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. Generally delivery is within 3 - 5 days following despatch, although customers should allow up to 14 working days for goods to arrive after despatch from John Smedley. John Smedley asks international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.

In any event, if we cannot fulfil your order within 14 days of your payment we will notify you of this situation and you will be entitled to a refund if you do not wish to wait any longer for the goods.
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
