Customer Service Executive (Wholesale) – John Smedley Head Office, Matlock, Derbyshire

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our small Customer Service team. Working as part of a small Customer Service team, to support the operations of the Sales and Marketing department, building effective customer relationships, both internally and externally; processing orders from receipt to dispatch and providing excellent customer service and information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about John Smedley products.
