There are 25,400 microns (μ) in one inch, which means that 13.5μ Merino wool is incredibly fine – even finer than cashmere.
Only one in a million sheep in the world produce wool this fine. Our 13.5μ Merino wool comes from selected farms in the southern alps of New Zealand.
